Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free of stains, odors, or signs of use
Not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads or custom products
- Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
If your little explorer has tried on the item and it doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to help you with an exchange or offer store credit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, damaged, etc.), we’ll cover the shipping cost and make it right, fast.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s been processed.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hi@twibbles.kids with your order number and a quick note about what you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll reply with easy instructions.
